Throughout the photography project at the Bristol Old Vic, our primary focus was on capturing the architectural and interior elements of this historic venue. The visionary design by Haworth Tompkins has given rise to a truly remarkable front-of-house space and studio theatre for the Grade I-listed Bristol Old Vic, recognized as the oldest continuously operating theatre in the English-speaking world. The culmination of five years of intensive research, consultation, design, and construction has resulted in a space that stands as a testament to architectural excellence. It was a genuine privilege to document and photograph this extraordinary achievement.
